WELCOME BACK.... MR WILSON ! (March 18, 2009)
A warm welcome back to the Deddington fold to Matt Wilson who has just completed a 3 year stint at our local foes Chipping Norton.
His bowling figures against us last season were 12 - 3 - 26 - 2..Matty Teare and Andy Oddy the victims, they and everyone else at the club will be delighted that Matthew is returning to "the fun and frolics" ( his words) of Deddington cricket.
Matt was an integral part of DCC for many years playing 93 matches and taking 91 wickets.
Totally illegal approaches were made to Matt at the start of the last two seasons and it is great to see our persistence has paid off and we can welcome Matt, Sharron and his children to some sunny days at the Windmill.
Welcome home Matthew.
